Red Thread Women’s Gathering

An ancient story whispers that an invisible red thread connects those meant to meet — it may stretch, tangle, but never break.
Across generations, women have gathered to remember this thread — the one woven through our hearts, our stories, our healing.
Here, we follow it home — to ourselves, and to one another.

Women’s Circle

A safe, nurturing space to pause, breathe, and listen. Together we explore gentle practices for calming the nervous system, reconnecting to intuition, and finding community among women on similar paths. Come as you are — bring your insights and your practices to share.

At each meeting we will create a calming craft such as herbal teas, essential oil inhalers, honey electuaries, or whatever else we come up with!

This workshop is for the woman who’s tired of managing her anxiety and ready to understand it.

Together, we’ll explore how anxiety lives in the body—and how to meet it with care.

Through a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware lens, you’ll learn that anxiety roots itself in the nervous system—and how to gently uproot it with supportive, calming practices.

This is a space to soften the grip of anxiety, and begin uncovering the insight it holds.

Learn to hear your Body’s Messages

Discover where anxiety, tension, and emotions live in your body - and what their message is.

1:1 - virtual or In Person

A body-based exploration for women who are ready to slow down… to turn inward… and to listen to what the body has been trying to say.

You’ll receive a guided body scan meditation, a journal page to reflect on what arises, and calming tools, to soothe the nervous system.

And then — when you’re ready — you’ll send me your reflections, or better yet, book a free consultation. I’ll create a personalized movement practice (which includes a yoga flow, somatic exercises, restorative yoga), yoga nidra, and herbal guidance just for you.

It’s not about fixing. It’s about meeting yourself with compassion, maybe in places you’ve long avoided or pushed away. And you don’t have to do it alone.
