Learn to hear your Body’s Messages
Discover where anxiety, tension, and emotions live in your body - and what their message is.
1:1 - On-Line, Virtual, In Person
A body-based exploration for women who are ready to slow down… to turn inward… and to listen to what the body has been trying to say.
You’ll receive a guided body scan meditation, a journal page to reflect on what arises, and calming tools, to soothe the nervous system.
And then — when you’re ready — you are invited to send to me your reflections, or better yet, book a free consultation. I’ll create a personalized movement practice (which might include a yoga flow, somatic exercises, restorative yoga), yoga nidra and herbal guidance just for you.
It’s not about fixing. It’s about meeting yourself with compassion, maybe in places you’ve long avoided or pushed away. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Moving from Winter into Spring:
Preparing our nervous system for seasonal transition.
Discover how seasonal change affects our nervous systems—moods, hormones, habits—and how we can nurture ourselves through this time of transition. Gathering includes: introductions, light breath work and somatic movement, interactive thematic talk, journaling, tea break to mix your own system-soothing tea and honey electuary, and a final nourishing Yoga Nidra/guided meditation, ending with takeaways for further practice and integration.

This workshop is for the woman who’s tired of managing her anxiety and ready to understand it.
Together, we’ll explore how anxiety lives in the body—and how to meet it with care.
Through a trauma-informed, nervous system-aware lens, you’ll learn that anxiety roots itself in the nervous system—and how to gently uproot it with supportive, calming practices.
This is a space to soften the grip of anxiety, and begin uncovering the insight it holds.
